CADILLAC — A 25-year-old Cadillac man was charged with a methamphetamine-related offense throughout his current arraignment in Wexford County’s 84th District Courtroom.
Jacob Ryan LeBlanc was charged with one rely of possession of methamphetamine for his reference to an incident on Dec. 30 in Haring Township. If convicted, LeBlanc faces as much as 10 years in jail and/or $15,000 in fines.
The cost in query is an accusation. LeBlanc is presumed harmless until and till confirmed responsible in a court docket of legislation. The prosecution has the burden of proving guilt past an affordable doubt.
LeBlanc was launched on a private recognizance bond and a possible trigger convention was scheduled on March 2.
