CHARLOTTE — Police arrested a 34-year-old man on Friday in reference to a fiery deadly head-on wreck.

Estuardo Menchu Cocinero was pronounced useless on the scene after a rushing, out-of-control driver barreled throughout a grassy median and hit his automobile about 1:30 a.m. Feb. 4 on East W.T. Harris Boulevard, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police stated.

On Friday, police arrested Kevin Samkia, the motive force of the 2016 Maserati Ghibli S luxurious automobile that hit Cocinero, after Samkia was launched from a hospital. Samkia was critically injured within the wreck, in line with police.
