GAYLORD — The Blue Devils boys basketball workforce misplaced 43-32 at residence Thursday evening to a troublesome Cadillac workforce.

Though the sport was low scoring, it held loads of intrigue. Corey Deer led the Blue Devils with 15 factors, using his physicality to maintain Gaylord inside shouting distance.

Cadillac led 17-9 on the finish of the primary half, as each groups struggled to search out area to shoot.

The sport remained tight after three quarters of play, however Cadillac surged late, scoring 16 factors within the fourth quarter to seal the victory.

Evan Borr led Cadillac with 15 factors, whereas Jaden Montague added 12 factors.

Freshman Brady Pretzlaff scored seven factors for Gaylord, whereas Luke Gelow added 5 factors.

Blue Devils undergo some rising pains

CADILLAC — The Gaylord Blue Devils ladies basketball workforce suffered a troublesome 52-26 loss to the defending Huge North Champion Vikings on Thursday.

Gaylord travelled all the way down to Cadillac, and left with a bit little bit of hard-fought expertise. And not using a senior on the roster, Gaylord stays one of many youngest groups within the convention.

Cadillac, a senior-laden squad, caught fireplace from past the arc, draining 11 3-pointers. 

Meghan Eager and Avery Parker led Gaylord with eight factors apiece. Kate Mumford and Abby Radulski added three factors apiece. 

Molly Anderson led Cadillac’s balanced scoring assault with 17 factors.
